How much does it cost?

Prices vary based on complexity and business requirements. We typically charge a flat monthly rate between $100 - $500 with no hidden fees or commissions. We can also charge based on order volume with a $0 monthly rate if that is preferred. Our pricing strategy is as flexible as our menus so please fill out the contact form below so we can address your requirements.

Do you integrate with Aloha, MICROS, Square, Toast, or any other POS?

Tuch integrates with several popular systems. Let us know what integrations you require and we will do our best to make it happen.

However, we’ve designed our system so that integration isn’t always necessary. Not integrating with POS systems gives you several advantages:

  1. Setup is extremely simple. You add your menu content to our system and start taking orders immediately without worrying about communication between separate, complex systems.

  2. Checks and balances. When your staff receives an order through Tuch, they can verify its contents and make corrections before it ever enters the POS system. That way you know any order that is entered into the POS system has passed a basic level of scrutiny.

  3. Price. Integration can be expensive.

How do I edit my menu content?

We provide an easy to use web portal giving you full control over your menu content from anywhere at any time. Change a price and your menu will update instantly.

If you don’t have the time to manage your menu content, we also offer a menu conversion service for a per-item fee. Send us your menu content and we’ll do the rest.

How does this compare to apps like Grubhub, Postmates, and Uber Eats?

We are not trying to be the next food delivery app. We put the power of your menus in your hands and enable to you manage your content as you see fit. We either charge a flat monthly rate or a very small commission depending on your business needs. We understand that the restaurant industry operates on razor thin margins and our commission structure reflects that. It’s either $0 per order with a flat monthly rate, or just a tiny fraction of what the delivery apps charge.

Tuch can enable you to start offering deliveries, but we do not provide the delivery drivers. It is more cost effective and less exploitative for you to handle deliveries with your own employees.

Our menus are designed to replace the traditional paper menu experience both for in-house guests and guests who visit your website.

Can guests order from their phones/computers/tablets?

Yes. Our menus are fully interactive and include an ordering system. Guests can order from within your establishment, or remotely. It’s entirely up to you.

What devices are supported?

All recent iPhones, Android phones, computers, and tablets are supported. Our digital menus leverage the latest web technologies. The best part? There’s no app to install. When a guest scans your QR menu, they’ll be taken to their preferred web browser, viewing an optimized version of your menu for their device.

What hardware is required to take orders?

Can you receive emails? Then you can take orders. We also provide a dedicated receipt printer that can print orders, or we can integrate with popular POS system. Tuch is flexible to fit your unique needs.

Is ordering a requirement?

No. If you just want to display menu content to your guests, then you will pay a lower monthly rate, or none at all depending on your menu’s complexity. All features are offered à la carte.
